SANDY ARTHUR

Sandy moved to Dorset in 1972 and has been based there ever since. He joined what is now KPMG in 1975 and trained as an auditor. He went on to do general financial work, investigations, corporate finance and corporate recovery, in one of the firm's smaller offices. He joined up with Peter Yeldon, the principal corporate recovery partner in this firm, at the end of 1996 and has been connected with him ever since.		 clive and sandy

Work Recently undertaken in the South West:

  • Sandy has recently organised the administration of a building sub-contracting company enabling it to pursue a six-figure claim against the main contractor. The claim would almost certainly have been abandoned without Sandy's input; (Hampshire)

  • Done a due diligence review of the financing and operation of a large city centre pub/restaurant for a prospective purchaser, using an in-house licensed trade specialist; (Wiltshire)

  • Dealt with the affairs of two different employment agencies. One was sold out of liquidation and the other was helped to defend and compromise a partly spurious claim; (Dorset)

  • Actively participated in finding funding for a business expanding at a rate of 100% annually; (Dorset)

This is in addition to helping to find solutions to a number of individuals' personal financial problems.
