Mark has specialised in company turnaround for the past 15 years working with small medium and national companies. He has practical experience of managing and running businesses. Mark has an ability to produce creative solutions to difficult problems, explaining a way forward to a company director in a clear concise way. Every effort is made to save the company however if this is not possible, we will look to save the business. Work recently undertaken in the northern regions:

  • Completed an administration of a large telecommuncation company which was traded and then later sold to allow a better return to its creditors (Leeds)

  • Advising local licensed premises with a view to selling the Company as a going concern (Manchester)

  • Advising a construction company on cash management in order to safeguard cashflow (Liverpool)

  • Dealt with the affairs of two different large printing firms. One entered in to a Voluntary Arrangement and the other went in to Administration for the company to be sold as a going concern and maximising the return to creditors (Manchester)

This is in addition to helping to find solutions to a number of individuals' personal financial problems.
