Work Recently undertaken in the Home Counties:

  • Michael has recently administered the voluntary arrangement of a large horticultural company with cash flow problems, the Voluntary Arrangement enabled the company to continue to trade and produced a better outcome for creditors. (Essex)
  • Due to the recent effects to the pub/restaurant industry, Michael has concentrated on the cash flow problems that are arising in this industry, Michael looks at turnaround techniques or for a prospective purchaser, using an in-house licensed trade specialist; (Canterbury)
  • Dealt with the affairs of two different large printing firms. One entered in to a Voluntary Arrangement and the other went in to Administration for the company to be sold as a going concern and maximising the return to creditors
  • Actively participated in finding funding for a business expanding at a rate of 100% annually; (Slough)

This is in addition to helping to find solutions to a number of individuals' personal financial problems.
