Administrative Receivership
An Administrative Receiver can only be appointed by the holder of a valid floating charge who acts to achieve the best possible outcome for the chargeholder.
The Administrative Receiver only deals with assets covered by the security under which he or she is appointed.
Changes in legislation have introduced restrictions on the ability to appoint an Administrative Receiver under newer charges (post 15 September 2003) and the appointment of an Administrator by a chargeholder is likely to become a more usual approach.
Middleton Partners have acted on behalf of many institutional and corporate secured lenders and private debenture holders. With our expertise we can ensure a maximum return in respect of debts due.
